My experience and knowledge base allows you to bill your clients at a minimum $150 per hour or more for my work, meaning you still profit from my assistance without the continuous overhead of another W-2 employee. Fee shifting statutes also provide the ability to recover paralegal fees as part of the attorney fees (note: paralegal fees are not statutorily recoverable, only conditionally recoverable, and follow the same lodestar method as attorney fees). Contracting your overflow and special projects out is a profit generator for your firm that also results in peace of mind for you and your client.
